ATTENDEES
—————-
In addition to the speller, each school can send up to a maximum of 4 attendees. To clarify:

Each school:  School Champion + 4 attendees in the audience
These attendees can be a mixture of parents/school faculty/friends etc…
Please send us your numbers by March 2nd so that we can arrange our hall space.

STUDY AID
—————-
We would like to introduce our new IT sponsor, Qooco Japan.
Qooco Japan will provide iSpell which is a preparation tool for the Spelling Bee.
The free trial website will be made available very soon.
—————-
USTREAM
—————-
The Japan Times plans to broadcast the bee in real time using Ustream. We cannot do this however if we don’t have permission from all schools. If you do not want Ustream to be used at the bee on March 10th then you must let us know as soon as possible. Your decision will be treated in the strictest confidence. If you are happy for us to use Ustream then you don’t need to do anything.

DRESS CODE
—————-
We do not have a strict dress code, but we recommend spellers dress at least smart casual to represent their school on the day.
Please reply to the issues in red above.
